About
Intention
At Women in Circularity, we strive to offer insights and inspiration you can use in your personal and professional sustainability journeys.
Inception
Launched by MaryEllen Etienne in March 2021, in honor of International Women’s Day, Women in Circularity spotlights women advancing the circular economy. These profiles feature female leaders working at large global corporations, small women-owned consulting firms, community-based nonprofits, all levels of government and everything in between. These women are making meaningful contributions to the development of a circular economy and through this series we show them our appreciation and celebrate their work.
Inclusion
We are a small but growing group of Women in Circularity alumnae, lead by WiC creator and author MaryEllen Etienne. We are pleased to partner with the fantastic editorial team at Resource Recycling Inc. to publish the column in their online magazine. If you would like to support this work, please reach out to us.
